My1Voice has received some exciting enhancements:
- Caller ID for Extensions – Caller ID can now show the my1voice extension that a caller selected. This feature is expecially useful if you have more than one extension being forwarded to one phone.
- Click to Record Greetings – This new feature makes it easier than ever to record your greetings. Simply click the “Call to Record” button in my1voiceCentral next to the greeting of your choice and my1voice will call you and walk you through the prompts!
- Control Number of Auto Attendant Plays – You are now able to select the number of times your Auto Attendant will play, choose between one and five. This is a perfect solution for those businesses who want the Auto Attendant to only play once and then have the caller automatically forwarded.
